The Global Head of Sustainable Solutions falls under the Global PPSS Group. In this role, you will sit within PPSS Leadership council and report into the Global Head of International Private Bank (IPB) Product Platforms and Sustainable Solutions.

The Global Head of Sustainable Solutions drives the definition and implementation of Deutsche Bank IPB Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Value Proposition working hand in hand with the ESG Chief Information Officer (CIO) and the Advisory & Sales team.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Manage the central Sustainable Solutions team, which has been to date primarily focusing on the implementation of Markets in Financial Instruments Directive. Including responsibility of positioning the team with a clear focus on client-centricity and on business-led design of the ESG Value Proposition, Investment Service Proposition and Product offering
- Coordinate the delivery and management of the Sustainable Solutions strategy across all markets working together with regional PPSS heads. Building-out the local ESG proposition and product capability over time
- Work with ESG CIO to ensure the definition of IPB Sustainable Solutions Value Proposition and Product offering is anchored around IPB CIO views and thought leadership
- Work in collaboration with IPB Strategy team to ensure IPB ESG proposition and offering be thought in the context of IPB Marketing and Communication strategy
- Act as business sponsor to the ESG Programme, which is driving the delivery of ESG proposition in all locations including all the regulatory requirements
- Work closely with ESG Product champions across products and asset-classes to enhance IPG ESG Offering

**Your skills and experience**
- Previous relevant experience in the Wealth/Private Banking industry or asset-management industry, in a product and or investment capacity
- Proven track-record in the ESG space, either in a product development, fund-selection, or investment capacity with strong knowledge of the space, from a thought leadership, investment, and regulatory standpoint
- Proven track-record of driving change in a Wealth context, of delivering large and complex product related programs in a client-centric and design-led manner, and in managing teams directly/virtually
- Ability to build strong relationships with all business stakeholders, across products, CIO and Advisory and Sales, and with partners from Chief Operating Office, Legal, Risk, Compliance
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and interpersonal skills, other languages and multi-cultural experience would be beneficial
