The UK operation of this highly successful, global manufacturing organisation now requires an experienced **Product Manager,** who will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of the product range strategies, in order to drive growth and profitability.

**The Role:
**Reporting to the Head of Product Management for the business unit, as the**Product Manager**, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- creating and sponsoring roadmaps and generation plans to drive New Product Introduction (NPI) and product lifecycles
- the strategic development of the assigned product categories to meet the demands of the product markets
- working with the Sales and Marketing teams to implement the 'go to market' strategies in order to maximise sales opportunities, increase market share and surpass company targets
- supporting sales with customer ranges, promotional activity and range management to deliver profitable sales growth
- ensuring product data is up to date and correct for the assigned product ranges
- managing and co-ordinating new product development programs on time and to budget
- monitoring, tracking and reporting on the KPIs for your assigned product categories
- previous experience of working in the same or similar type product manager role
- previous experience of / proven track record in SMART and IoT consumer products including electro-mechanical
- prior experience of working with Confluence and Jira project tools
- previous experience of working on an international business basis, whereby some international travel may be required
- the ability to be analytical, strategic and results driven with a strong commitment to success and excellence
- excellent communication skills and the ability to be flexible in a challenging environment
- the capability to be a hands-on type individual, who demonstrates initiative and a positive, professional attitude
- the ability to work effectively both within a team but also under their own initiative, demonstrating they are an organised and capable individual, who is used to multi-tasking and can prioritise their workload in order to meet exacting deadlines
- the capacity to be a strong, capable leader, with the presence to motivate and influence across all levels of the business
- excellent IT skills, being fully conversant with software packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
