**Salary**: £35,000 - £40,000 + benefits

**Summary**:
This is a market leading production business providing managed design, print and embroidery solutions to some of the leading brands in the UK. As part of their ongoing expansion and development underpinned by a portfolio of strong, long-standing customercontracts, they now have an urgent requirement for Production Managers to run their three shift operation.

This is a 5 day per week 24 hour operation with a morning, afternoon and night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all manufacturing and processes on a shift with approximately 100 production operatives per shift.
- Look for opportunities to reduce operational expenses and increase productivity across all production lines.
- Monitor production outputs, quality and OTIF through effective KPI reporting.
- Manage effective resource planning at all times to ensure that production demands are met.
- Communicate customer issues internally at management level and devise ways to improve the customer experience, mitigating problems and complaints.
- Lead on training, development and performance management for factory operatives.

Key Skills/Experience:

- Analytically-minded and possessing at least 3 years experience in a production management environment.
- Outstanding communication skills and an ability to improve standards through excellent leadership and motivation.
- Able to analyse resource levels and optimise capacity without compromising on service or quality.
- Accustomed to putting in place and monitoring performance management initiatives.
- Knowledge of heat press or heat seal machines would be beneficial but is not a pre-requisite.
