Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations during your assigned shift, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment. If you have a background in the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills, we encourage you to apply.

**Duties**:

- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the pub during your shift
- Ensure high-quality food production and service standards are met
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
- Collaborate with other managers to develop and implement strategies for improving overall performance
- Cashing up and locking up on certain shifts

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, staff, and management
- Knowledge of food production processes and culinary techniques
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions
- Proficient in using computer systems for inventory management and scheduling

Pay: £11.42 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
