Hours**:Full-time and part-time - minimum of 22.5 hours per week**

Job location**:Folkestone, Kent**

Salary**:Up to £10.52 per hour dependant on age and experience**

**What your typical day involves**
- Assisting service users with their care needs;
- Monitoring the health of the service users;
- Completing household duties;
- Preparing meals.

**What we are looking for**
- Individuals who are caring and supportive, and able to build strong relationships with the service users;
- Respectful, compassionate and highly motivated team players;
- Willingness to take on a challenge;
- An understanding of autism, learning difficulties and mental health issues (this is an advantage and not a requirement);
- A driver (but again, this is an advantage and not a requirement);
- Reliability.
