Full Time Team Member

**BACKGROUND**

Bank Street Kitchen is rapidly becoming a consumer fast food favourite throughout West Yorkshire when it comes to fresh ‘feel good food’. We are currently seeking a full-time (35/50hrs) **experienced** team member, we want you to help push BSK into the next level.

This role is ideal for a chef or food orientated individual who is passionate about serving high quality food at high volume level. We are a restaurant & takeaway with a growing team who serve fresh food, fast and a lot of it. The hours are flexible with late starts and early finishes, the work is fast paced and rewarding. **THE ROLE**

**duties include**:

- line - cooking, fry, build
- cooking to brand standards
- front of house
- food preparation
- expediting
- stock control
- kitchen compliance
- time allocation for orders
- ability to think on your feet
- confidently engaging with customers

At Bank Street Kitchen you will be onboarded with in house training. Your training will focus on our way of preparing fresh food, fast ‘feel good food’ such as steaks, chicken sandwiches and a variety of fries & sides to order.

There is plenty opportunity to progress into a team leader with pay rise within 1-3 months based on your skillset and your performance.

**WHAT WE'RE OFFERING**

Fast progression within the business as you will work alongside the two founders - progression will lead to a team leader / management role. With wage increase. At this stage you will have full responsibility organising daily operations and management of the team.

**Salary**: £11.00 - £13.00 Per hour

- 5 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
