**Marketing Manager**

We are seeking a proactive Marketing professional to work with a small charity to ensure their communications are both influential and informative.

**Position**: Marketing Manager

**Location**: Hybrid / Maidstone - 4 days a week at home and 1 day in the Maidstone office

**Salary**: Circa £35k per annum

**Contract**: Full time, permanent

**About the role**:
As Marketing Manager you will work closely with the senior leadership team, providing editorial, strategic, creative and operational support across the charity.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Lead and co-ordinate the annual planning process for campaign activity across the whole charity.
- Lead on the marketing activities of across the charity
- Undertake effective brand and reputational management
- Manage the provision of high quality communications to a broad spectrum of internal and external audiences
- Build and maintain the charity’s online presence through electronic communication and digital marketing
- Write articles for publication, press releases and media statements
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with regional, national and specialist journalists to ensure regular media coverage
- Act as a spokesperson for the charity, in line with agreed policies
- Maintain and build upon the relationships with patrons and celebrity supporters
- Manage the marketing budget and monthly management reports

**About you**:
As Marketing Manager you will need to have experience of delivering effective Marketing campaigns. You will be a hands-on person, with the ability to work at pace, managing and motivating key internal and external stakeholders.
