We are a Triple ISO Company based in Manchester and we are looking for a Primary School Caretaker/cleaner.

Hours of work will be: Monday - Friday 6.45am - 9.15am then 2pm - 7pm so this will be a split shift.

Rate of Pay - (Depending on experience) £11.50 - £12.00 per hour. This is a 43 week school so you will be paid pro rata rates over the 52 weeks.

Jobs will include:

- Opening and closing of school Building
- Overseeing the cleaners and cleaning standards
- Basic DIY and organising contractors
- Cleaning

Must have experience in:

- Schools systems
- Cleaning
- COSHH/Risk assesments
- Machinery - Buffers, scrubber dryers and carpet cleaners

We are looking for the right person to start last week in October so MUST have a valid Enhanced DBS dated within the last 3 years.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.50-£12.00 per hour
