By providing a quality Health & Safety service to apprentices, employers and staff - from recording incidents and managing documentation to conducting safety audits and working with colleagues to embed a strong safety culture throughout our business.

It’s all about using your expertise to guide and advise others, promote best practice, identify areas for improvement and fully implement the recommendations you make.

Reporting to the Head of Health and Safety you will be responsible for overseeing and reporting on health and safety compliance at our dedicated training centres and offices cross the business. This will involve some travel and on occasions overnight stays will be required

Educated to HND or degree level, you will combine a NEBOSH certificate or equivalent with up-to-date knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and proven ability to carry out risk assessments, accident investigations and RIDDOR reporting.

As you might expect, excellent communication and report-writing skills are essential, and you will ideally have practical experience in conducting premises inspections and audits. Any exposure to the building services engineering sector and the work-based training sector would be an advantage.
