We are excited to be working on behalf of the UK's leading Inclusive tour flight consolidator, to recruit an engaging and driven Group Training Manager to deliver training to team leaders & management in regular sessions across the business. As Group TrainingManager, you will work across the business with the primary objective of developing the management skills of Team Leaders and Line Managers as well as ensuring other training needs are being met either by delivering training themselves or ensuring it is beingdelivered by our team of Operations Department Trainers.

This is a fantastic opportunity and a key role within a busy & dynamic team, you will need to be experienced in delivering a range of training which specifically includes Management Development Programmes, and you will have the ability to develop existingand create new training material in line with market trends. **Role**:
Reporting to the Head of HR & Performance, the Group Training Manager will work across the business with the primary objective of developing the management skills of Team Leaders and Line Managers as well as ensuring other training needs are being met eitherby delivering training themselves or ensuring it is being delivered by our team of Operations Department Trainers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Further develop an existing Team Leader/ Management Development Programme and deliver this in regular sessions across the business
- Use performance reviews and skills gap analysis to identify training needs for multiple departments
- Deliver regular Company Induction sessions to new recruits
- Line management responsibility for at least 4 department trainers based in the Operations Department; ensuring that training requirements are being met and the quality is consistently high
- Implement new training ideas and methods in line with business objectives
- Evaluate and report on the impact of training and development

**Essential Skills**:

- Experienced in delivering a range of training which specifically includes Management Development Programmes
- Ability to develop existing and write new training material in line with market trends
- Ability to devise and execute career progression plans
- Demonstrable grasp of coaching
- Excellent communication skills with a positive and engaging personality
- Accountable, driven and motivated to deliver quality training that meets identified needs
