Guest Advisor

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and provide information about park amenities and services
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications in the holiday management system
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

**Skills**:

- Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to provide excellent guest services
- Previous experience in a holiday park/hotel or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using computer systems and hotel management software

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £11.42-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
