**Job Title**: Receptionist **(40 hours per week, flexible days)**

**Reports to**: Guest Experience Manager

**Based at**: Pennant Park, Holywell

**Description and purpose of role**

As a receptionist you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our holiday guests, owners and golfers on park. On a day-today basis you will:

- Provide information on park amenities, local attractions and services to enhance the guest experience
- Take holiday bookings via different channels, using the park reservations system
- Coordinate with relevant departments on park to address specific guest needs and concerns
- Deal with enquires relating to golf, including tee off time reservations and course information
- Maintain accurate records as required, deal with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and bookings
- Handle cash and card transactions, maintaining financial records following data protection requirements

**What we are looking for**
- A friendly and approachable manner and a genuine enthusiasm for providing great service
- Someone with problem solving skills and the ability to think on their feet
- Previous knowledge of holiday parks reservations systems would be advantageous
- Exceptional organisational and administrative skills, including proficiency with Microsoft (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
