Part Time Financial Services Administrator

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Prepare recommendations/reports that account for clients’ circumstances and needs.
- Implement actions, such as changing existing investment holdings, as directed.
- Maintaining and organising the Advisers diary
- Set up client files and filing.
- Produce client specific illustrations.
- Update client holdings, valuations, obtain share values, use analytics.
- Analyse and interpret financial and other data and produce relevant reports.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records.
- Interpret instructions and issues arising and then implement actions according to administrative policies and procedures.
- Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to quality management.
- Greet clients who visit the office.
- Any other tasks as required as part of a varied role reporting to the Adviser.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in financial services or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with other IT tools is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in report writing and documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service while managing multiple responsibilities.
- Previous experience in an administrative capacity within an office setting is desirable.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £23,901.00-£28,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 18 - 23 per week
