THE ROLE**:
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Regulatory Lawyer to join and oversee a growing legal team. My client are a busy Midlands-based membership body whose in-house legal team handle a range of fitness to practise work arising out of complaints madeagainst their members. The appointed Regulatory Manager will oversee the wider team and ensure that complaints are considered and progressed effectively whilst also managing a small caseload of their own. The Regulatory Manager’s caseload will consist of fitnessto practise cases that are more complex in nature.

**THE CANDIDATE**:
Applications are welcomed from legal professionals who have prior experience in a Regulatory Manager role. Solicitor qualification is not essential in order to be considered for this position and so non-qualified regulatory specialists are encouraged to apply.The successful Regulatory Manager will have previous experience of overseeing a team of professionals and have excellent working knowledge and experience of handling fitness to practise work.
