**Overview**

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in similar roles with preferred GCSE’s (equivalent) in Maths & English

**Responsibilities**
- General administration
- Filing
- Understanding that you may undertake additional or other duties as necessary to meet the needs of the business
- Daily checking of logs and residues documentation and filing
- Weekly analysis and reporting of log purchasing
- Weekly/Monthly reject log analysis
- Monthly FSC volume reporting
- Inputting log purchase contracts onto Navision
- Resolve log purchase invoice queries as they arise
- Issue of delivery note books (FE)
- Debtor chasing
- Credit limit reviews and management
- Ad hoc sales invoicing (inc. scrap metal/internal)
- Residue invoicing self-billing weekly
- Competitor and supplier accounts analysis
- Monthly intercompany reconciliations & contra
- Completion of monthly surveys (Poyry/ONS)
- Completion of monthly sales report
- Monthly off-site machining self-billing
- Monthly reporting for both Taylormade and Kerr Timber, which involves population of data into a spreadsheet and power point presentation for managers
- Weekly reporting for Kerr Timber, including moving packs forwards
- Raise weekly invoice for TMTP internal haulage for Kerr
- Fuel & FLT reconciliation

- Strong communication and relationship skills
- Motivated and enthusiastic
- Good computer use especially in Excel and Outlook
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks with effectiveness and efficiency

**HSE**
- Ensure cleanliness within department
- Ensure you wear all the required PPE provided
- Ensure all accidents, incidents and near misses are reported and assist in the investigation where necessary

**You might also have**
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Previous experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Navision

**Role reports**
- Finance Director / Finance Controller

**Pay scale**
- Salaried
- 23 days holiday plus 7 bank holidays
