**Job Summary**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. Working daytimes from 9:30 - 3:00-4:00pm As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Your role is crucial in creating a positive experience for our customers while ensuring that all food safety and preparation standards are specialty drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including equipment and utensils.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Collaborate with team members to create a friendly and efficient work environment.
- Participate in food preparation as needed, ensuring high standards of quality are maintained.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a café or food service environment is preferred but not essential.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing cash flow.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A willingness to help colleagues and contribute positively to the team dynamic.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.38-£12.52 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 36 per week
