Your Role

We have an exciting new opportunity for a People Operations Lead to join our People and Culture Team. This role is pivotal in leading our HR administration function, with a strong focus on continuous improvement, compliance, and best practice.

Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, you will:

- Lead and manage the People Operations (HR administration) team.
- Collaborate with the wider People Team to support employee relations and project delivery.
- Play a key role in monitoring and promoting Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), supporting our working group and liaising with external partners.
- Review and maintain People policies and procedures in line with current employment legislation.
- Provide data insights by analysing HR metrics and identifying trends to support evidence-based decision making.

What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A strong generalist HR background, ideally with experience in managing or mentoring a small team.
- An analytical mindset and confidence in interpreting data to spot patterns and drive improvements.
- Knowledge and experience of supporting employee relations cases at an advisory level.
- Experience or interest in supporting EDI initiatives, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- CIPD Level 5 in Human Resources or equivalent relevant experience.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the foundations of excellent People operations and is ready to take the next step in their career.
