**Your Role**
This is an exciting new opportunity within the People Team, to fulfil the role of **People Services Team Leader**. This role_ _will manage the people administration function, reporting directly to the Head of People and Culture with a focus on continuous improvement, compliance and best practice to deliver an exceptional service.
Our People Services Team Leader will also support and work closely with the advisory team to provide advice on employee relations matters when required and work collaboratively across the team to deliver projects identified within the operational plan. Equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) will be a key focus for this role, supporting the EDI working group with the monitoring of data and actions and acting as key point of contact for EDI related external partnerships. There will also be a requirement to create, update and monitor people policies and procedures in line with legislation.
**What We Are Looking For**
To be successful in this role, you should have:
A CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience, experience of managing a small team and/or evidence of coaching managers and an analytical mindset with the ability to extract and analyse data to identify patterns and themes.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has a strong understanding of the administration function within a People Team and the foundation this provides for the people profession.
