At Almás Dentistry & Facial Aesthetics, we provide patients with the highest standard of care and quality of treatment. We are a fully private practice and due to significant growth in the recent year we are now looking to expand into our current and new branch opening up in the coming months.

**The Role**:
You will be responsible for the smooth running of FOH and play a key role in the development of the business. As a receptionist you will, but not limited to:

- Meet and greet patients
- Book appointments
- Ensure the FOH area is kept clean and tidy
- Take payments
- Cash up
- Be responsible for opening and closing of the practice
- Ensure smooth running of the day to day bookings
- Be proactive in receiving patient reviews and testimonials

**The Person**:
To succeed you will be:

- Experience in a FOH role: minimum of 1 year
- Experienced within either a dental or aesthetics role: minimum of 1 year
- Provide excellent communication skills, whether face-to-face or on the phone.
- Be self-motivated
- Have basic computer skills, including the use of Word and Excel.
