Our Pay structure is:
**£10.50 Start**
**£10.65 After 3 month probation**
**£10.85 Completion Level 2 NVQ**
**£11.05 Completion Level 3 NVQ**
**£11.25 Level 3 NVQ plus 3 years’ service**
**We pay double time for all Bank Holidays.**
(Plus mileage expenses for using your car).

**The role in brief**:
As a Relief Carer you will be travelling to peoples own homes to deliver care and support, responding to customer’s needs, preferences and wishes.

The role will involve travelling to customers as directed to provide personal care, support with medication, meal preparation, sitting services, light domestic duties, and more specialist care tasks to individuals with more complex needs.

You will need to be a car driver with access to a vehicle with the appropriate insurance for you to travel to your care visits.

The role will require you to be available for work early mornings, days, evenings and alternate weekends all on a rota basis.

A minimum of one years’ experience in working in a care setting would be advantageous.

**Essential requirements**:

- Full driving licence with access to a vehicle
- Self-motivated, caring and sensitive to the needs of others
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Flexible, approachable and reliable team player with ability to act on own initiative where required.
- Available to work an alternate weekend
- Positive and enthusiastic about making a difference

Hours: 30-35 Hours+ Guaranteed.

**Salary**: £10.25-£22.00 per hour
