Duties:
Complaint Acknowledgement, investigation, resolution.

Corresponding with the FOS in respect of complaints.

Maintaining complaints records on database.

Proving timely, clear responses to complaints.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience of working for an insurance provider.
- Experience of resolving complex complaints.
- Knowledge of FCA and FOS rules.

**Salary**: £24,500.00-£26,500.00 per year

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:
