With the above in mind we’re growing our business and introducing a new role to Porsche We are recruiting for 2 Team Assistants to support our Executive Management. This role will be to provide shared support across the members of our senior Board Team focusing on the areas of diary and appointment management, presentation and meeting preparation. Act as a key facilitator and enabler for the team to focus on driving their respective business functions forward and to deliver against their strategic objectives.

**Requirements**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Work in close partnership with the other role holder to ensure a high level of coordination, cover and support at all times
- Develop a good understanding of the functions supported, their key outputs, measures and projects, to ensure the support and input given is always relevant and targeted to that function
- Support with diary management and organization of key meetings, especially shared meetings (eg. Business Reviews), and ensure effective co-ordination across the team in this regard
- Support with the preparation for key meetings, taking the lead in pulling together presentations for the meetings and ensuring the content and ‘look and feel’ is coordinated, consistent and accurate
- Create and maintain a PowerPoint “library” of all presentation materials for each of the functional areas supported, to allow a faster and more efficient turnaround of information provision and meeting preparation, going forwards
- Coordinate the organization of key management meetings, Strategy Meetings, Business Review Meetings, All-Staff Briefings and other shared leadership forums
- Assist management team with travel planning and booking, as required
- Responsible for the gathering and collating of key performance data into suitable or prescribed presentation formats
- Provide general administrative support as required (eg. Purchase Orders, department meeting coordination)
- Assist with the coorindation and management of special cross-department projects, as required

- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities
- Ability to pick up new concepts and information quickly
- High levels of personal integrity and confidentiality
- Advanced IT skills - mastery of MS-Powerpoint and MS-Excel in particular
- Proven track record of contributing to continuous improvement and innovation / challenging the status quo
