_Raw Bella, Aveda Hair Salon are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our FOH Team_

At Raw Bella Aveda we expect every one of our guests to feel and look a million dollars from the moment they enter our door and long after their visit. It is the main goal of Raw Bella Team to make each guest feel important and beautiful inside and out.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Provide quality customer services and maintain high standard of professionalism
- Meet and greet guests, check-in, hang coats, offer refreshments and magazines
- Manage bookings and cancellations, collect payments, perform end of day banking
- Ensure that each client leaves completely satisfied with the service, manage reviews online i.e. Google Business Page
- Liaise with stylists & marketing team to produce content for social media channels
- Stay abreast with latest development in hair styling and fashion industry
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, hairstyles and products
- Recommending suitable Aveda hair products for home use and promoting salon services
- Ensure the workstations are being cleaned and organized throughout the day
- Ensure that all end of day tasks are completed, including those required of other staff
- Maintain an adequate inventory of hair products and tools
- Ensure adherence to salon policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency
- Effectively liaise with other FOH team members and report to Senior Management

- Good listening and communication skills (excellent command of English both verbal & written)
- Highly organised, able to work under pressure and multitask
- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to work a flexible schedule
- The ability to build long-term relationships with colleagues and clients
- Cooperative and team player
- Focused on continuous personal & professional development
- Good time management skills, punctual and reliable
- Knowledge of Aveda products
- Self-motivated and willing to take on a diverse range of tasks
