EMEA People Services Specialist FTC until End of September 2025, Cambridge or London
The Job
Supporting the EMEA People team with providing a professional, accurate, confidential and efficient administrative service that enables the smooth delivery of HR processes to all functions within AVEVA. Is known as an “expert” on the HRIS and is the key point of contact for all administration activities and queries on behalf of the People team.
Responsibilities
- The first point of contact for HR issues, queries and advice and responsible for identifying the next point of escalation where required.
- Responsible for completion of data entries into the HRIS as well as advising our employees on how to use employee self service
- Process all employee lifecycle documents.
- Liaise with the People Services Payroll team to ensure accurate administration of payroll details as required.
- Ensure all HR documentation and HRIS records comply with company policy and GDPR regulations, are correctly stored/filed and maintained, and are regularly reviewed and updated.
- Follow, maintain and improve People Services administration processes and workflows where necessary
- Participate in ad hoc projects or administration activities
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience of working within a HR Administration role
- Highly customer focused and customer service driven
- Experience of working with an HRIS, producing reports, managing data and document auditing.
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Good organizational skills with ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task, working with mínimal supervision and a degree of autonomy to produce deliverables in a timely fashion
- Beneficial Skills & Qualifications_
- Knowledge of HRIS Technology (Workday/ServiceNow)
- CIPD qualification
- EMEA language skills

Hybrid working
