House of Gods is currently recruiting for an exceptional Night Receptionist to join our Front of House team.

House of Gods is Edinburghs newest boutique hotel and cocktail bar offering our guests unique and unrivalled experiences in the beating heart of the city centre. House of Gods is all about Treating People Like They're Famous and giving them a night of indulgence. With two new properties in Glasgow and Manchester, this is a fast growing company with more projects in the pipeline.

As Night Receptionist you will be one of the key parts of the House of Gods experience. Delivering an exceptional welcome, making an instant connection and showing people an incredible time is what it’s all about.

Day to day you will be responsible for:

- Hosting the hotel
- Meeting and greeting guests
- Checking guests in and out
- Taking payments
- Arranging special touches for hotel guests
- Liaising with other departments
- Taking reservations
- Performing pre-arrival and welcome calls
- Cashing up and auditing payments
- Daily reporting

Ideally, you will be:

- From a quality hotel front office background
- Used to delivering exceptional customer service at a 4* plus level
- Used to using PMS systems such as MEWS (which we use) or similiar
- Used to F&B reservations systems such as Opentable (which we use) or similiar
- Have an excellent command of the english language and a naturally likeable manner
- Good fun to be around and enjoy being part of a tight knit team
- Knowledgable in what we do at House of Gods, whether its through our social, website or guest review sites
