Accommodation, Catering and Events are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and passionate night receptionist to join our highly successful hotel team.

**The Opportunity**:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate and customer focused individual to join Accommodation, Catering and Events as a night receptionist working in our hotels. In this varied; challenging and exciting role you will be the first point of contact for our guests who arrive overnight; strive to provide excellent service throughout their stay and go above and beyond to meet our guest’s expectations.

You will be predominantly based at one of our receptions located at Salisbury Green Hotel & Bistro; or Richmond Place however flexibility is required to support other receptions. This post will present an opportunity to develop your customer service skills; ensuring great standards are delivered; excellent customer service is provided and help to enhance our reputation under our Edinburgh First commercial brand.

We are looking for receptionists who are enthusiastic; display a positive can-do attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. In this role you will:

- Be an ambassador for our newly refurbished and rebranded products
- Continuously look to improve our standards and deliver world-class hospitality
- Become an integral part of our existing reception team with a desire to succeed in delivering our values
- Use your upselling skills to maximise sales opportunities

To succeed in this busy role you will need strong multi-tasking skills, excellent commercial awareness, and a real eye for detail. You will have experience in a busy front-facing customer service environment; a hospitality background and deal with a multitude of customers, including students in a professional manner. Flexibility to work across weekends is also required.
