Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Assistant to join the Facilities team.
Main duties are as follows:
- Photocopying and binding
- Franking post
- Distributing internal and external mail
- Ordering and delivering stationery to relevant personnel
- External deliveries when required
- Administer faxes to the relevant departments
No experience is necessary as full training will be given.
The successful applicant will have achieved good GCSE qualifications and be IT literate.
Teamwork is paramount to this role as well as a willingness to learn new skills.
