Full Time Permanent role - £20,000
Search Consultancy are currently working with a leading client in the Legal sector based in Edinburgh to recruit an Deputy Team Leader to join their Office Services Team in Edinburgh.
This role will be office based in the client's office in Edinburgh, so applicants must be comfortable travelling to the office on a daily basis.
Duties involved in this role will include:

- Ensuring the smooth running of office services across the business - taking ownership in the absence of the Team Leader
- Conducting training for new & existing employees
- Carrying out data entry in relation to clients
- Supporting fee earners with various administrative tasks as required
In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:

- Experience of working in an office environment - this is essential for the role
- Ability to take the initiative to get things done
- Excellent administration, attention to detail & organisational skills with the ability to deal with a very busy workload effectively
- Solid IT skills including the use of the MS Office suite & the ability to pick up bespoke systems effectively
- Excellent communication skills - both written & verbal
