Global Insurance Company seeks an IT Security Manager / IT Security Service Manager to lead a team of InfoSec Analysts within a highly regulated financial services environment.
You will lead the definition and implementation of information security policies, procedures, and guidelines across the organisation and oversee all Supplier Assurance, Project Consultancy, Security Architecture, and Security Testing work undertaken by yourteam of security analysts.
From a personnel management perspective you will be required to build, lead and develop multi-disciplinary InfoSec teams working in various domains and across multiple geographies.
You will be familiar with defining, implementing, and refining approaches to Information Security undertaking risk assessments and reporting results and guidance to technical teams and business stakeholders alike and working closely with senior level businessstakeholders to disseminate a security focussed approach. Additionally, you will have managed security design initiatives, including Cloud and Architecture, from inception to implementation. Finally, you will be an experience people manager with experiencemanaging teams on a global basis and be comfortable building, restructuring and leading a multi-functional department. Excellent organisation and communication skills are pre-requisite.
