As a Management Information (MI) data analyst with GXO Logistics you’ll play a key role in providing data, statistics and analysis for the Operational Leadership Team to assist in key decisions to assist business growth.

You’ll be based at our brand new ASOS site in Lichfield and will be given lots of responsibility, but you’ll have plenty of support to help you along the way This could be the next step of a successful career with GXO.

You’ll work Sunday to Thursday 06:30 to 15:00.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £30,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 21 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Works directly with the customer and other project team members to establish data and analyses requirements.
- Design and specify analysis using customer data to present information effectively.
- Identify how data and analysis can be used to inform actions and provide business benefits.
- Extract manipulate and QA of raw data from customer databases.

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Skilled in the use of data analysis tools to interpret issues or trends and make recommendations to leaders/stakeholders
- Highly skilled in the use of Excel and Access
- Skilled at using SQL to interrogate databases
- Ability to use programming languages or general-purpose tools to interrogate databases and calculate statistical outputs
- Customer focused and commercial awareness of managing client SLA’s, measuring and monitoring performance using various IT systems
