We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our ASOS team in Lichfield on a full-time, permanent basis. Working Monday - Friday, you’ll be responsible for completing data analysis, reporting, and implementing processes to ensure response KPI’s are met in atimely manner.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £27,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Compile data to help identify areas within the operation that require review, and process any changes
- Develop and maintain appropriate daily, weekly, and monthly reporting mechanisms to monitor, control and improve processes
- Identify how data and analysis can be used to inform actions and provide business benefits
- Use warehouse management systems and MS Office products to investigate/review data and understand trends and patterns

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Experience of working within a high volume Direct to Customer environment
- Skilled in the use of data analysis tools to interpret issues or trends
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages, and ideally exposure to using warehouse management systems
