Invoice Administrator

My client, based in Huntingdon, are seeking an Invoice Administrator for their busy purchasing team. You will be based within the Huntingdon office and then the opportunity of hybrid working after successful competition of training.
You will be responsible for the accurate estimating and invoicing of clients and ensuring a high standard of customer service.
You will be responsible for (but not limited to)
- Creating and processing estimate and invoices
- Respond to internal and external queries effectively
- Capturing and entering data to the internal IT systems
- Work closely with colleagues, management and other internal and external departments
To be successful for the role you should be confident with using CRM and IT systems, attention to detail and competent in ensuring the highest standard of customer service. Full training will be given for the role.
