**Teatime Caregiver/Companion**

**Duties**:
Each teatime visit between 5- 10 pm is a minimum of an hour

Varied contracts available inc guaranteed hours.

Love to chat and of course engage in companionship activities with clients, such as making things, jigsaws, games, and planning outings.
- Provide transportation and accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social activities.
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming and personal care.
- Assist with mobility and transfers.
- Assist with any medications which may be according to prescribed schedules.
- Some clients may require assistance with monitoring and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature - don't worry Full training and support is given for this.
- Enjoy assisting in planning and preparation of meals
- Perform light housekeeping tasks.**Experience**:

- Previous experience in looking after someone is preferred but not essential - a kind heart and a smile is a great attribute.
- we provide all the necessary training for you to be a confident carer First aid certification is not required.
- Ability to provide assistance with moving and handling when necessary.

Pay: £11.50-£25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 20 per week
