Global Accounting Network are currently recruiting for Management Accountant for a leading organisation in Central London. This is an initial 6 month contract, but very open to temp to perm or extensions.

**The Role**

The Management Accountant is a pivotal role within the finance function and to the wider business. You will work closely with the Finance Director to assist in the production of month end management accounts and maintain financial controls.

**Key Responsibilities for thisManagement Accountant role**:

- Posting month end accruals, prepayments
- Month end management accountants
- Maintaining accurate inter company records
- Budgeting and Forecastings.
- Support balance sheet financial controls
- Development and maintenance of a risk-based approach to financial controls
- Month end duties
- Year End
- Preparation of monthly Executive management information & Board level KPIs for presentation to Chairman, CEO & COO and ExCom
- Part Qualified Accountant studying towards ACCA/ACA/CIMA
- Very strong excel skills
- Month end experience
- Outstanding communication skills with the confidence to present to senior stakeholders and Board level execs
- An ability to learn quickly and respond to changing priorities
- Be immediately available/1 weeks notice

**Salary & Benefits**

The Management Accountant will be paid a day rate between £150 - £185 per day (Dependant on experience) plus excellent benefits. The role will be a mixture of home and office working.
