**Summary**

We are seeking a Finance & Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Hawkinge. This role is vital in supporting our Finance & HR functions and ensuring a positive workplace environment. You will contribute significantly to our mission by managing Finance & HR processes and fostering effective communication within the organization.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage HR and maintain accurate employee records.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Process payroll administration.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

- **Qualifications**:

- **Proven experience in Finance & budgeting**:

- Proven experience in human resources, finance or administrative roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: From £32,000.00 per year
