With a growing and diversifying cargo business operating from state-of-the-art facilities, a brand-new marina which is a major feature of the exciting waterfront development, and opportunities for further expansion in the future, Dover's proud history dating back 400 years has a new modern twist.\" **Job Summary** You will provide a support service to the Human Resources Department to enable an efficient, effective and confidential administration of projects Duties of the Post Holder (but not limited to) - Provide administrative support to ensure efficient HR project change delivery - Maintain physical and digital filing systems - Input and update information in databases and spreadsheets - Uploading of historic training certificates onto new ERP system - Uploading employee qualifications onto new ERP system - Checking for accuracy of Human Resource records and structures on the new ERP system - Creating training certificates for Operational Plant - When requested, compile and summarise information for reports - Work closely with HR team to support project administration delivery - Work with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality, security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations - Ensure that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities The position is offered on a fixed-term contract basis for a duration of 6 months. **Skills and Qualifications** - Previous experience within an administrative role - Database experience - Good office 365 knowledge - Have high attention to detail and superior standard of accuracy, numeracy and literacy - Be able to communicate at all levels - Work with mínimal supervision - Ability to work with confidential information **Benefits**: - 5 weeks annual leave + bank holidays (pro rata) - Employee assistance programme - 3rd party discounts - Benefits and reward platform - Free Parking - Employee volunteering scheme We value the unique differences that each of our colleagues bring to work every day and are committed to creating an environment where everyone is looking after each other and respected, included and able to perform at their best.
