They are a mid-sized company with a focus on delivering high-quality services and maintaining operational excellence.Job DescriptionProcess payroll accurately and in a timely manner for all employees.Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.Handle employee queries regarding payroll and resolve discrepancies.Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.Calculate deductions, bonuses, and other pay adjustments as required.Assist with year-end payroll reporting and audits.Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary updates.Support the Accounting & Finance department with additional administrative tasks.The Successful ApplicantA successful Payroll Administrator should have:Strong knowledge of Workday systems or similar payroll systemsAbility to fulfill a start to finish Payroll processExcellent attention to detail and organisational skills.The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with employees and management.Analytical skills to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.What's on OfferHourly pay between £15.00 and £19.00.Temporary position with a supportive and professional team.Free parking available on-site.Opportunity to gain valuable experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector.If you are ready to take on this exciting opportunity as a Payroll Administrator, we encourage you to apply today
