**Internal Sales Manager - Staffordshire**
**Salary up to 40k**
Experienced Manufacturing Sales Manager responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the internal sales team, ensuring your team is fully motivated alongside ensuring that customer accounts are managed effectively and that our customers receive a highquality of service at all times. Experience of managing a fast-paced customer & sales focused team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing and environment, working alongside a team of motivated people committed to thegrowth and success of the business.
**Key accountabilities**:
- The day to day management of the sales office team, leading from the front and being commercially focused at all times
- Promoting excellent sales & customer service and exceeding customer expectations & requirements
- Coaching, developing and motivating your team
- Managing and achieving regularly set targets
- Developing and implementing new systems & processes
- Developing and maintaining relationships with production, purchasing and finance teams
**Key Skills**:
- Excellent people management skills, with the ability to motivate and engage others to deliver excellent service and performance
- Effective communication skills at all business levels.
- Strong organisational and decision-making skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in a customer focused environment
