**We are currently seeking to appoint a professional, skilled, and highly motivated Caretaker to ensure and assist the smooth running of the school’s premises.**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and systems, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues and implementing solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to oversee facility operations and ensure safety standards are met.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to staff and visitors.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory supplies.
- Utilize electrical knowledge and schematics to assist in facility upgrades and modifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,617.00-£29,000.00 per year
