We are currently seeking a Gas Compliance Surveyor to join our team based in Warrington. The main purpose of this role is to ensure that the Torus portfolio is compliant with all statutory, regulatory, and corporate standards.

**This is an important role in which you will**:
? Work with the compliance team to provide an efficient and coordinated workflow to deliver full assurance of compliance with all relevant regulations and legislations

? Liaising with contractors to ensure the service provides value for money, meets quality and statutory requirements, and achieves operational efficiencies

? Implementing a reliable, effective quality assurance system

? Monitoring contractors / suppliers and ensure their standard of work is acceptable

? Supporting the Senior Gas compliance lead and ensuring that financial payments are reviewed for accuracy prior to processing

? Keeping up to date with training, developments, and changes in legislation

? Investigating Carbon Monoxide incidents and producing reports.

**To be successful in this role you will**:
? Hold the following qualifications: Level 3 in Gas Installation and Maintenance, current Gas Safe Registration, HETAS Solid Fuel, IOSH working safely

? Have a proven track record of auditing compliance within the social sector

? Have a sound knowledge of health and safety legislation relevant to property maintenance
