**Job Purpose**

To provide assistance to the Payroll administrator with admin, and payroll related duties;
To be the first point of contact for all visitors to the business

Order data inputting

Ensure that confidentiality is maintained

The job holder will do all tasks within his/her level of skill and ability

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with Timekeeping and Payroll Processing
- Collecting and verifying timekeeping information for all employees using time and attendance software
- Calculate pay according to hours worked incorporating leave and overtime
- Update payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.
- Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analysing information. o Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures reporting needed changes.
- Maintain employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. o Assist with Temporary Staff Agency queries regarding timesheets, payments and updating AWR and staff profile breakdown spreadsheets;
- Prepare Return to Work Interview Forms for managers
- Assist with the preparation and presentation of absence data
- Assist with preparation of shift rotas as and when required.
**Reception duties**
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors and signing them in
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
**Data Input**
- Daily Input of sales orders
