We are an established company looking for a reliable person to undertake administrative tasks and support the rest of the staff by coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies and procedures.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate office activities and operations
- Create and update records and databases
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management software i.e Word and Excel
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Barnsley, S71 1HT: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
