Support Worker specialising in Challenging Behaviour Your new company Hays Social Care are recruiting support workers based in Towcester. This organisation has a vision to work closely with vulnerable young people to help improve the quality of their livesand allow for new opportunities. This company provides multiple services to support people with different wellbeing needs including mental health and complex challenging behaviours. Your new role You will be working with vulnerable children and young peoplewith complex challenging behaviours. It is important independence is encouraged whilst still providing the care and support necessary. You must be flexible for a variety of shift patterns including long days and sleep ins. Key responsibilities include assistingwith daily activities, such as, cooking, cleaning and shopping. What you'll need to succeed You will need at least six months experience within a similar environment. It is important you will possess a strong passion for the care needs of others and have agood knowledge of safeguarding rules and procedures. You must be flexible for a variety of shift patterns and be able to travel to Towcester, ideally you will also hold a full UK driving licence.
