Residential Childcare Support Worker in Towcester Your new company Hays Social Care are looking for Support Workers in the Towcester area to work on a temporary basis and willing to start immediately. You will need to be passionate about your role and committed to fulfilling your tasks as a Support Worker.You will be aiding the children towards an independent lifestyle with the necessary skills they need in order to integrate smoothly into society. You will also be helping the children to develop their educational and everyday skills. What you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed in this role as a Support Worker you must be authentic, accountable, transparent and committed to your role and the residents. You should be able to help the children reach their personal goals and learn skills they would need to live anindependent life with aid of a care plan. You should be able to monitor the behaviour of the residents and report any changes you notice. You must have evidence of experience in the social care sector, alongside references and an updated DBS. Training is desirablebut not essential as Hays provide free online training.
