The One Group are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk based just outside of Stamford for a quickly expanding finance team within a global company. This is a newly created role within the business due to the growth and successes the company has had thisyear.
Within this role you will be responsible for all of the duties across the accounts payable function:

- Maintain existing and create new supplier records in Sage
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Review and process invoices against purchase orders
- Produce weekly payment runs and provide supplier payment forecasts
- Process employee expense claims and assist with any queries around this
- Assist with month end duties and annual audit requirements

This role would be working full time, on site and so a positive mindset and driven personality would go far within this friendly business. In return for the above traits and skills, you will receive a competitive benefits package:

- Competitive annual salary between £21,000-£24,000
