**London Salary: £26,198 per annum**

L&Q are looking for experienced Maintenance Coordinators to support our Maintenance Operations department, working to support the service and delivery of our repairs via our Plentific platform.

The role will report into the Maintenance Operations Team Leader, working alongside the existing Coordinators covering the PRS and General Needs portfolios. You will be a key member of the team helping to the deliver our repairs and maintenance service.

You will be responsible for the allocation and coordination of Reactive and/or Void repairs, monitoring mailboxes in line with SLAs, handling D365s and monitoring the puzzle phone queue for internal teams. You will be first point of contact for dealing with all queries and raising repair orders to the relevant teams, dealing with all correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
