**Job Opportunity: Sales Representative**

**Location**: Bristol City Centre

**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that align with our offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively seek out and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
- Conduct thorough research to identify prospects and their unique needs, and tailor your sales approach accordingly.
- Present our products/services to potential clients in a compelling and informative manner.
- Listen to client concerns and feedback, and address them appropriately to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in our CRM system.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical information about our products/services.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
