Customer Service Administrator

You will be the first point of contact for customers, financial advisers and third parties, dealing with a variety of calls, assessing and answering customer enquiries and responding to requests for information in a professional manner.

My client offers affordable savings and investment products for adults and children and is seeking a customer service administrator to be first point of contact.
**Description**
**The key responsibilities would include**:
- To answer and manage a large volume and variety of telephone enquiries
- To liaise with our Customers, Financial Advisers and third parties, to process and administer instructions and enquiries.
- To work as a team to ensure that service standards are met
**Profile**
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Good organisation skills and ability to prioritise to meet business deadlines
