Senior Project Worker

Providing medium-to-high support accommodation, with options for tailored, specialist provision; onsite activity and multiagency support, this service will be a genuine place of opportunity. You will be part of a team, tasked with developing, shaping and evaluating the service to meet the unique needs and aspirations of clients, including those who are actively using substances, have a dual diagnosis or mental health conditions or have experienced multiple exclusions from services.

We work closely with the local authority with the aim of ending the need to sleep rough or use insecure or temporary accommodation. We offer a personalised approach to work with people to manage risk and reduce associated harm from substance use and multiple exclusion. This accommodation will provide a vital opportunity to each individual, to provide a path away from homelessness.

**What You Bring to the Role**:
As a Senior Project Worker, you will provide comprehensive, client-centred support to individuals with multiple and complex needs, including substance misuse, mental health issues, and histories of trauma and criminal justice involvement. You’ll work closely with clients, creating personalised support plans that foster harm reduction, development, and progress. This role places you as the primary point of contact for a caseload of clients, where you’ll perform regular assessments, monitor risks, and guide clients toward independent, positive futures.

You will work collaboratively with both internal teams and external agencies to deliver coordinated care, serving as a mentor to project workers, night staff, and volunteers. Your proactive approach will help establish a supportive environment for clients and enhance the overall service quality through guidance, support, and feedback.
