**Summary**
Dexcom Accounts Receivable Collections Specialists are responsible for ensuring the recovery of payments for invoices issued in a timely and accurate manner. This will involve engaging with customers, as and when required, to address instances where payments remain unpaid and to address and core issues that they may have around making payment, or if there is a problem with invoice content that is preventing them from making payment.
**Experience and Education**:
- Typically requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Maintain good relationships with key NHS Trusts/CCG contacts to ensure timely recovery of unpaid invoices across UK/GBP ledger
- Produce daily ledger report of debt position and share with key stakeholders.
- Produce weekly aged debt profile of top accounts that require action.
- Process invoice requests and queries
- Process refunds
- Identify instances that may require credit/debit memos and work with colleagues to correct invoices as and when required
- Work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Accounts Receivable Allocation, Billing and Quality, to resolve queries raised.
**Required Qualifications**
- Experience of working in an Accounts Receivable Collections role (or similar)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in insurance/third party payor and/or medical device reimbursement environment would be fantastic
**Experience and Education Requirements**
- Experience in a similar Collections environment
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment as company continues to grow
- Self-disciplined with experience of maintaining accurate documentation and following procedures
- Strong attention to detail with a conscientious and organised approach.
**Travel Required**:
- 0 - 20%
**Language Skills**:
Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
